Private Sessions

PRIVATE SESSIONS $50 to $90 on a sliding scale.A private Feldenkrais session is a focused, individual experience. It involves a gentle hands-on process involving movements that are tailored to the individual's particular needs. Basically, the Feldenkrais Method is an educational approach that teaches students to become aware of their bodies and move as seamlessly as possible. Many people find it effective for rehabilitation and pain reduction; for problems such as rotator cuff difficulties, lower back, neck and shoulder pain, as well as knee and foot problems. The practice is also recommended for depression, anxiety, and stress management.
